CTA Apparels has developed a robust infrastructure which includes its two garment manufacturing units in Noida and one textile processing plant in Pilkhua. These units work in consonance to synergize the overall operations of CTA and make it a leading vertically integrated manufacturer and exporter of garments in India. Our peak manufacturing capacity is 600,000 pieces per month and our machines conform to the highest tech standards of textile and garment manufacturing. Starting from the textile development and fabric processing to stitching and packaging, everything is managed ‘in house’ through a well differentiated matrix of dedicated facilities.
FACILITIES
FABRIC SOURCING AND LOGISTICS
Fabric sourcing is done through a dedicated logistics arrangement that connects our textile development and processing plant in Pilkhua and the garment units in Noida. A dedicated and secured arrangement is maintained towards ensuring the raw materials supply and the production is carried uninterrupted.
DESIGN FORECASTING, R & D
CTA Apparels has its own Design Studio which is manned by the fashion designers and creative professionals of high caliber. They engage in garment designing and develop fine concepts. They are inspired by the fashion trends of future which they try to decipher by reading the popular mood. This R & D forms the basis of our production!
CAD LAB
CTA operates its dedicated CAD lab which complements and aids the designing tasks of our fashion experts in the Design Studio. This CAD lab is equipped with the latest software suites of fashion designing and allows dynamic development of the blueprints and accessing the potential outcomes of various design patterns.
FACILITIES
TEXTILE TESTING LAB
CTA has its own textile testing facility which offers swift results for different tests relating to fabric quality, durability, color characteristics, safety and comfort among others. The lab relies on scientific processes and techniques to ensure rational results of high accuracy.
FABRIC WASHING AND GARMENT DYEING
Washing and garment dyeing of the fabrics is done in our ‘in house’ facilities where all the processes are performed as per the strict protocols and standards of garment industry.
EMBROIDERY AND EMBELLISHMENT
A wholly dedicated facility performs the embroidery and embellishment tasks. This facility is manned by skilled artisans and the overall turnout capacity can be scaled up at short notice.

FABRIC PRINTING
For different kinds of fabric printing, CTA Apparels has a separate facility which is differentiated towards various specialties like digital printing, rotary printing, placed panel printing and others.
CUTTING AND STITCHING
Cutting and stitching of the fabric for making the garments is done at the two composite manufacturing plants in Noida. High speed computer based automated machines work with complete precision to deliver a high output.
FINISHING & PACKING
There is a dedicated section where garments are finished and packed post production. Labels and certifications are also tagged here.

INSPECTIONS AND QUALITY CONTROL
Dynamic inspections are done by the quality team that undertakes detailed examination of every batch of garments. Strict quality control measures are enforced at every step of production to meet the global standards.
MERCHANDISING, SALES AND MARKETING
We have a sales and marketing team which manages the sales orders and exports. This department liaison with the production units to keep the manufacturing and export on track & thus delivers the consignments on time.
